Top Ocean Properties was founded in Pattaya, Thailand in June 2015 by Nico Luo. Within two years the company was awarded Global Top Sales Champion by one of Thailand's leading developers. It entered Bangkok in 2017 and achieved Ananda's Global Sales Champion the same year.
