Top Ocean Properties was founded in Pattaya, Thailand in June 2015 by Nico Luo.

Within just two years, the company was awarded Global Top Sales Champion by one of Thailand’s leading developers.

The firm entered the Bangkok market in 2017 and achieved Ananda’s Global Sales Champion in the same year.

By 2025, Top Ocean Properties had repeatedly won Global Sales Champion awards from Thailand’s top-tier developers, including Sansiri, Riviera, and Ananda.

In 2026, Top Ocean Properties established its Abu Dhabi branch and extended its core real estate business to the UAE.

Over eleven years the company recorded THB 29.9 billion in sales volume and secured 10+ Global Top-3 Agency Awards from industry-leading developers.
